General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Schloss Grabow Apartments
Valid from: January 1st, 2016
1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with Schloss Grabow Apartments, www.schlossgrabow.com.
1.2. Deviating or supplementary provisions are only valid if they have been agreed in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
2.1. A contract between the guest and Schloss Grabow Apartments is concluded by the booking confirmation from Schloss Grabow.
2.2. The booking confirmation is sent in writing by email or via the website.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. The prices stated on the website are final prices and include all statutory taxes and duties, unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Payments are made by bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods offered on the website.
3.3. The total amount must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival, unless another agreement has been made.
4. Cancellation policy
4.1. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
4.2. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged.
4.3. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the entire booking amount will be charged.
5. Arrival and departure
5.1. The apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
5.2. The apartments must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
5.3. An earlier arrival or later departure is only possible by arrangement.
6. House rules
6.1. Guests are obliged to adhere to the house rules posted in the apartments.
6.2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of €120 will be charged.
6.3. Pets are only allowed after prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
7. Liability and obligations of the guest
7.1. The guest is liable for all damage caused by him, his fellow travelers or visitors.
7.2. Schloss Grabow Apartments is only liable for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty on the part of Schloss Grabow or its vicarious agents.
7.3. Schloss Grabow assumes no liability for the guest's personal belongings.
8. Data protection
8.1. The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

9. Video surveillance
For the safety of our guests and to protect our property, we would like to point out that both the public rooms of the castle and the castle park are under video surveillance. Video surveillance is carried out to exercise our house rules, to prevent and investigate criminal offenses and to avert danger. The recordings are treated in accordance with data protection regulations and automatically deleted after a specified period of time, unless there are relevant reasons for longer storage.
10. Final provisions
9.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
9.2. The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of Schloss Grabow Apartments, as far as legally permissible.
9.3. If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision will be replaced by an effective provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
